We repair your device in our own workshop. To ensure that this can be done as quickly and inexpensively as possible, please bring all accessories and, in the event of a warranty claim, the invoice.

1. Contact:
Your Kärcher machine is defective and you need a professional repair immediately. Contact us: by phone, by fax or by e-mail. Important: Tell us the designation of your device with the data from the type plate (article and serial number).
2. Always informed:
Immediately after order acceptance, we will send you an order confirmation by e-mail or fax.
3. Quickly on the spot:
Together we will agree on a date, which we will confirm by e-mail or fax. Thanks to our professional route planning system, we will be with you as soon as possible.
4. Profi-Reparatur:
Our mechanics are specially trained and carry out every repair in Kärcher quality. According to your error description, probably needed spare parts will be brought right away.
5. final report:
Once your machine is repaired, we will immediately send you a summary report by e-mail or fax, including what was repaired on your machine in detail and what spare parts were installed.
6. Simple processing:
If the repair is not covered by a Kärcher service package or can be handled free of charge under warranty, you will receive our invoice by mail.
If machine bottlenecks occur during the repair, we will make every effort to provide you with a loaner machine. Please do not hesitate to contact us!
